3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Use solutions legally and ethically
• Maintain valid Zoho licenses
• Follow Zoho policies
• Comply with WhatsApp policies

4. Data Ownership

You own all data in your Zoho account. We access data only for support. We never sell or share your data.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Fees communicated before project start
• Payments within agreed timelines
• Work begins after payment
• No refunds once customization work starts

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. We share information only when required for integration, required by law, or explicitly approved by client.
